Document Ready

Prepare the required KYC, identity, and income documents before visiting the branch.

Accurate Form Filling

Complete the application form carefully to avoid delays in account activation.

Branch Visit

Submit your documents and deposit to the nearest branch for processing.

For Individuals

Required documentation for personal, joint, or individual deposit plans.

  • Account Opening Form - duly filled in and signed.
  • Proof of Source of Income (wherever applicable, e.g., salary certificate, trade license).
  • Photographs - One recent passport-size photo of each applicant(s) and nominee(s).
  • Identity Proof - Copy of NIDs of each applicant(s) and nominee(s).
  • Alternative ID - Copy of Passport or Driving License (only if NID is not available).
  • Tax Document - Copy of E-TIN of each applicant(s).

For Institutions

Required documentation for corporate, NGO, club, or society deposit plans.

  • Account Opening Form - duly filled in and signed by authorized signatories.
  • Photographs - One recent photo of each applicant(s) and nominee(s).
  • Identity Proof - Copy of NIDs of each applicant(s) and nominee(s).
  • Business License - Copy of valid Trade License.
  • Corporate Documents - Memorandum & Articles of Association (AoA), and Certificate of Incorporation.
  • Board Resolution - Official resolution for opening the deposit account.
  • Form XII - Wherever applicable.
  • Tax Document - Copy of E-TIN of the institution.

How to Submit Your Application

1. Gather Documents

Collect all the photocopies and photographs mentioned in the checklist above specific to your account type.

2. Fill the Form

Obtain the Account Opening Form from our branch, fill out all required fields accurately, and sign where indicated.

3. Visit Our Branch

Bring your completed form, required documents, and initial deposit cheque to our nearest Union Finance branch.
